Enorvex is governed by its experienced Management Team and Board of Directors (the “Board”) who are responsible for overseeing the management of the business and affairs of the group. Enorvex Management Team and Board are committed to complying with all applicable central, federal, state and/or local laws, ordinances, and regulations for each jurisdiction or territory in which Enorvex operates and have adopted a wide range of compliance procedures, including, but not limited to, those outlined in the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), as amended.
